Nowadays groceries are divided into two large groups: in the first group they metabolize on an alkaline level, and in the other on an acid level. It doesn’t matter if something is sour just because we have a sour taste in our mouth, such as the lemon has. The sour (ripe) lemon is processed in the body on a high alkaline level and that way helps us to get rid of acids.

We should distinguish groceries that give acids and those who enhance their effect. White sugar by itself is neutral, but it enhances the effect of acids, and has a high real value of –38 pH.

The unhealthiest groceries rich in acids are: sardines, crabs, meat in whole (some of the worse transmitters of acids are rabbit meat, pork meat, goose meat, sausages and liver), sugar, peanuts (every other nut fruit is very healthy), white rice, oatmeals, white bread, egg whites and all types of cheese. Worse drinks are the already mentioned soft drinks above all coke, and other drinks such as  coffee and alcohol. 

Full of alkaline effects are: Vegetables in total ( arugula, black Spanish radish ), ripe fruits and fruits in total ( dried fruit and papaya ), hazelnuts, fresh black olives ( without vinegar), salads, algae and of course juice from the tree tops of barley.  

So if you wish to have that soft and elastic skin, take plenty of ripe fruit and fresh vegetables! To preserve your hair, eat groceries that have plenty of alkaline and low fats, eat them seasoned or sweetened ( but avoid sugar ). For a healthy heart all the way to deep old age, eat groceries that raise the level of alkaline in the organism. 

If you wish to enjoy in your life longer, as a completely healthy person in all the fields, simply declare the groceries rich with alkaline as your best friends in the kitchen! Consume at least 80 % of the alkaline list groceries and 20 %, the most from the acid list groceries. There isn’t a faster way for rejuvenating your cells other than supplying them with biogenic minerals, and of course your diet should be an alkaline one.
